The Kurland Estate is situated at the base of the beautiful Outeniqua Mountains and encapsulates luxury country-style living. Conveniently located 26km outside of Plettenberg Bay, a premier holiday destination situated on the Southern Coast of South Africa, Kurland Estate is an easy escape for both locals and internationals.
Bel Management was brought onto the project to assess any opportunity and further evaluate potential developments of the Estate. The main focus of the project was to maximize the owner’s investment for the potential development of the property.
