MAPUTO'S PROJECTS, MAPUTO, MOZAMBIQUE.
At the time of this project, Maputo was considered a major emerging market boosted by the abundance of natural resources in the country. South African investors seeking new investment opportunities and projects in a growing market appointed Bel Management to conduct a report into the viability of the project in Maputo.
Bel Management identified several development opportunities, within the strategic parameters of the investors, from which five sustainable projects and joint ventures with local partners were confirmed and placed on hold due to market and environmental changes.
